If you are doing online Christmas Shopping after the 8th December 2008 ensure to check the websites delivery terms and conditions. It is rare, but some websites only guarantee to deliver within 14 days.
Also, keep in mind when buying Christmas Gifts online that you may not like the product when it arrives or it may be the wrong size/colour. Allow for time to return the product and for the replacement product to be sent out to you.
Getting your money back for returns. Ensure that there is enough time after Christmas for you to return any unwanted gifts for a refund. If you bought the Christmas Gift in November for example, you may find that in January they will not accept the returned item.
How long will it take to get your money back for returns. It is rare, but there are some websites that don't process refunds immediately. We have heard reports of a customer waiting one month for a return to be processed and a further one month for the refund.
